Starting on the path to health, first believe in yourself and then take that step

Why do you think you can just start making a few changes to your food, skincare or lifestyle and then give up when it appears to “not be working.”

Perhaps it is due to there being no boundaries, you feel out of control and unsure if what you are doing is right, there is so much conflicting information?

Here’s a good article about how to make healthy changes in your lifestyle. The whole challenge of improving our wellness (and our appearance) can seem overwhelming. There’s so much to think about, we sometimes don’t know where to start. So we don’t do anything. This article has excellent tips on how to get started and make the changes you want.
It’s one of the reasons why I emphasize simple skin care – nothing elaborate by way of products – all you need are 4; and not time consuming – just a minute twice a day is all it takes to revitalize even extra dry skin.
