Research shows that a good number of women never leave the house without applying some form of cosmetic. Women use makeup as a tool to boost their confidence and as a way to make themselves feel fashionable and youthful. It’s no surprise that the cosmetic brands’ profits are at a record high.
If you have beautiful, luminous skin, you don’t need makeup. Makeup can be a fun add-on to play with, but you stop having to think about concealing anything with it once your skin is the way you want it. My experience is that concealing doesn’t work too well anyway, and that once you get to a certain age, all that it does is make you look older.
The good news is that it’s easy to have beautiful skin. It just takes simple care with the right products. That’s the place to start. Let the cosmetics take a back seat.
