Toners – Who Needs Em? Turns out, you do!
There’s an alarming notion going around that, oh I can hardly allow my fingers to type this… we don’t need facial toner. Yep, that was just as hard to type as I thought it would be. You see, facial toner is not just another step that skin care companies hatched up to coerce consumers into spending more money. It’s actually a big deal and should never be missed. EVER.
